These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FinanceFlow mobile application (the "App"), operated by Skapitão ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
FinanceFlow is a personal finance management application that lets you record income and expenses, organize them by category and account, set up recurring entries, visualize your monthly financial health, and optionally synchronize your data across devices. The App also offers an AI-powered assistant and an optional paid subscription, FinanceFlow Premium.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using FinanceFlow, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Some features require you to create an account using a third-party sign-in provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. The financial data you enter is your responsibility; you should keep your own records and verify important figures.
The App includes an AI assistant that answers questions about your data and can help you add, edit, or delete entries. The assistant is provided for convenience and informational purposes only. It may produce inaccurate or incomplete results and does not constitute financial, tax, investment, accounting, or legal advice. Always review the assistant's suggestions before acting on them; actions that change your data require your confirmation. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

You retain ownership of the financial data and content you create in the App. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to operate and provide the App's features (for example, cloud sync and the AI assistant). Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The App, including its design, code, trademarks, and content (excluding your own data), is owned by Skapitão and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that the information it provides (including AI assistant outputs and financial summaries) is accurate or complete. FinanceFlow is a tool to help you organize your finances and is not a substitute for professional financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skapitão shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from within the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Brazil, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws provide otherwise.
